KENWOOD CHEF STAND MIXER for sale




Hi, anyone out there who is looking for a stand mixer ? I am letting out my current stand mixer cause I want to upgrade to one with bigger capacity model. This existing one is still very new, bought in August 2010. It comes with 1 dough hook, a whisk , a butter beater , a flour cover . I am still keeping the oringal packaging box , the invoice and warranty card. Kenwood's manual & recipe books available. Basically , it is like having a new set , but at a lower price.

Assembling a Log Cake

step 1: get ready sponge roll

Step 2 : Frosting & glue rolls to form separate logs

Step 3: Frost all logs

 
Step 4: Pipe chocolate lines for trunk's grains.

Step 6: Completed with ornaments

 Chocolate sponge with blueberry filling log cake. This is available for orders for this coming Xmas. This is a 2kg cake . Minimum order at 1kg is available .  Of course it will be smaller in size .

Ripen bananas

 


A way to get rid of the ripen bananas from your inventory is  turn them into something else . Milk shake, fritters, breads , cakes etc. A  chocolate banana cake made from the ripen bananas , sandwiched by chocolate sponge cake, topped with chocolate ganache and surrounded by roasted nuts . A buttercream chocolate-lemon flavor swirl flower on each slice of cake for decor.

Talking about chocolate the other day, I  tried changing the ingrdient of the Marble Cake to the new ... Chocolate Marble. Most baker would use only cocoa powder or maybe a mixture of cocoa powder with chocolate. I replaced the cocoa powder with a mix of white & dark chocolate. Also , I used the super-lite flour to replace the self-rising flour. This turned out to be a nice piece of cake, soft texture, with a milky chocolate taste . However , the buttery aroma is somehow lighter now. Some people might prefer to have a strong  buttery feel .
